  1. Day 1 Arrive in Colombo

    On arrival, our representative will welcome you at the airport & escort you to the hotel. Colombo, the capital city of Sri Lanka & a famous sea-port! You can expect to see imprints of a European colonial history alongside quaint Muslim Mosques, Buddhist Temples, vibrant bazaars and the bustling beach!

    Relax & unwind after checking in at the hotel. Then, we’ll explore the port city, including the National Museum, Galle Face Green, Dutch Period Museum, Viharmahadevi Park & Gangarama Buddhist Temple. Overnight at the hotel.

  2. Day 2 Colombo - Sigriya (177 kms/4.5 hours)

    After breakfast, we proceed towards Sigiriya. On the way, we’ll stop at a very special destination – Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Started in 1975, the orphanage looks after injured elephants and you can often see elephants bathing in the river, frolicking around.

    We resume our drive to Sigriya & check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

  3. Day 3 Sigriya

    After breakfast, strap on your boots as we head towards the Sigriya Rock, that we’ll climb. The view is not to miss + you’ll also see the remains of the grand palace that existed. We’ll also visit the Dambulla Cave Temple – Constructed under the reign of King Vattagamni . Here, you will find few frescoes that are about 14 meters long. In the evening, you can go for a safari on an elephant’s back (should you wish for). Overnight stay at the hotel.

  4. Day 4 Sigriya - Kandy (92 kms/2.5 hours)

    After breakfast, we proceed towards Kandy from Sigriya. On the way, we’ll be visiting the Matale spice gardens ; take a casual walk around its stunning greenery and learn about clove trees and curry, nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper vines and even cardamom. Reach Kandy & check in at your hotel. When you’re rested, we explore the city of Kandy – the hill capital of Sri Lanka. The top attraction here is Dalada Maligawa Temple; The golden-roofed Temple of the Sacred Tooth houses Sri Lanka’s most important Buddhist relic – a tooth of the Buddha. Other than that, Kandy is also known for excellent shopping options & wood souvenirs. In the evening, watch cultural performances by expert traditional Kandyan drummers and dancers. Overnight stay at the hotel.

  5. Day 5 Kandy – Nuwara Eliya (81 kms/3 hours)

    After breakfast, we drive to Nuwara Eliya, also called “Little England” and “City of Lights”. Check in at the hotel. A trip to Sri Lanka is incomplete without experiencing the conventional tea plucking methods and sipping Ceylon Tea.You could also opt for activities like boating, horse riding, golfing or hiking.

  6. Day 6 Nuwara Eliya

    After breakfast, we proceed towards Seetha Amman Temple; the garden where Sita was exiled after being captured by Ravana. According to the lore, it is here that Sita and Hanuman met who brought Rama’s news to her. Also on the list is Hakgala Botanical Garden, the second largest garden of Srilanka. Overnight stay at hotel.

  7. Day 7 NuwaraEliya - Yala (190 kms/5.5 hours)

    After breakfast, we drive towards Yala. On the way, you have the chance to explore Kitugala, where the movie “Bridge over the River Kwai” was screened. Apart from this, we can visit St. Clair’s and Devon waterfalls on the way. Upon reaching Yala, check in at the hotel & unwind. Overnight at the hotel.

  8. Day 8 Yala

    After breakfast, we heard towards Yala National Park and then move towards Hikkaduwa. Yala is Srilanka’s most famous national park, with 1268 sq km of scrub, light forest, grassy plains and brackish lagoons, it’s very rich in wildlife and you’re virtually certain to encounter elephants, crocodiles, buffaloes and monkeys.Overnight stay at hotel.

  9. Day 9 Yala

    You can spend the day as you please today. Overnight stay at the hotel.

  10. Day 10 Yala - Colombo (267 kms/ 7 hours)

    After breakfast, proceed towards Colombo International airport. Our representative will meet you and assist you to board a flight for your onward journey.
