Mr P.S Duggal was a banking professional at ANZ Bank before he took on the role of Executive Director at Minar Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd. He joined Mr. H.S Duggal in 1992 in the growth story of Minar and now looks after the entire Administration & Accounts of the Company. He has been in this industry for the past 26 years and coordinates with our offices cross country. Currently, he is also an active member of IATO. His personal philosophy is “self- belief and hard work are the recipe to success.”
Mr. Madan Kak holds a master’s degree from Kashmir University and chose a career in the travel industry as his calling over a government job. Mr. Madan, a veteran in the travel industry, joined Minar in 2011 as the COO. Before joining Minar, he was the Vice President at TCI. He has spent about 40 years in the industry in cross functional roles. During the course of his career he has managed multi aspects of the business including Operation, Sales, Vendor Management and Quality Control. Loved by all, his relationship with industry partners is his biggest asset. A great strength to the company, in his present role, Madan is responsible for managing Inbound, Domestic and MICE Business for Minar.
An avid traveler, fluent in Korean, and 24 years in the travel industry, Mr. Roman is our International Sales & Marketing expert. He heads Vilasa, our luxury travel division. Mr. Roman’s understanding of the global market is his biggest strength, especially Korea, UK & USA. He’s passionate about his work & believes in a hands – on approach, you can spot him cracking deals & motivating his team.
Mr. Shallin has been with Minar for the past 16 years. A coveted name in the industry, Shallin heads the Aviation division & Air Transport Management, Sales, Marketing, as well as Operational services for 10 international airlines. A competent professional & graduate from Delhi University, Shallin is our jack of all trades. He also handles Cargo, GSA operations & Airline representation.
Rajiv has 23 years of MICE experience behind him. He joined Elbon as Sr. Vice President – Business Development. Prior to joining Elbon, Rajiv was working with Plan it! as Vice President (Sales). Rajiv started his MICE career with standalone exhibitions at WISITEX, and today, has worked with Companies like Carlson Wagonlit, SITA, Trade Wings, TCI, MCI etc. Rajiv’s skills include business development, sales and marketing for conferences and exhibitions and supervising operations. He is also proficient with International Conference bidding and has helped Organizers win many key events for India.
Yogesh has spent 25 years in the MICE industry & today, is considered the best Operations personnel in the trade. He has worked with corporates like Carlson Wagonlit; Travel House; Thomas Cook and Plan it! (Creative Travel). A seasoned professional, Yogesh has handled more than 500 conferences and exhibitions. He believes in learning & growing every day, his specialties include Conference Management Services, Exhibition Management Services Corporate Meetings, Product Launches, Incentives, Sales Meetings, Board Meetings & NGO events.
