With a beautiful coastline, lush forested interior, endless diving possibilities and a serene location, the Andaman Islands are an ideal place to satiate the traveler within you. Shimmering turquoise waters are surrounded by primeval jungle and mangrove forest, and its sugar-white beaches melt under glorious flame-and-purple sunsets. There are 572 islands, majorly divided into five broad categories – Great Andaman, Little Andaman, Ritchie’s Archipelago, East Volcano Islands, and Sentinel Islands. The Great Andaman is also home to the Great Nicobar Biosphere Reserve, housing marine life as well as flora & fauna (anybody up for finding Nemo? We are).

At the Havelock Island of Ritchie’s Archipelago cluster, you can enjoy water sports such as scuba diving, and snorkeling. Each island of Andaman, is different from other and has a unique story associated with it. If one has historically significant landmarks like Cellular Jail, Ross Island, Viper Island, Hopetown and Mount Harriet, the others are home to exotic bird species, the traces of which can be seen only in the books.

  1. Day 1 Arrive in Chennai

    On arrival, our representative will welcome you at the airport & escort you to the hotel. You have the rest of the day to unwind & relax. Should you wish, we can arrange for your dinner at any of Chennai’s top restaurants (we personally love Winter Palace, Manhattan Fish Market & Ciclo Café). Overnight at hotel

  2. Day 2 Chennai- Port Blair (By Flight)

    After breakfast, you will be escorted to the airport for your flight to Port Blair. On arrival, our representative will welcome you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. Relax & soak in the scenery!

    Surrounded by tropical forest and rugged coastline, lively Port Blair serves as the provincial capital of Andaman. We begin our journey with the Anthropological Museum, which displays the tools, models, habitats, art and handcrafts of the aboriginal tribes of Andaman & Nicobar Islands. From there, you head to Corbyn’s Cove beach – the ideal place for swimming & other beach activities. Wind up the day with a Light & Sound Show at Cellular Jail in the evening, where the saga of the freedom struggle is brought alive. Overnight at the hotel

  3. Day 3 Port Blair – Ross Island – Harbour Cruise (Viper Island)

    After breakfast, you will head to Ross Island for a cruise. Ross Island, the former administrative headquarters for British in the Andaman, now stands an imposing relic, with the structure almost in debris. Many reminiscent of old British regime are still alive in this spectacular Island. A small museum at Ross Island displays photographs and other antiques of the British, relevant to these islands.

    In the afternoon, you will proceed for a cruise of the harbor; enjoy the panoramic view of seven points from the sea – small harbors surrounding Port Blair, floating docks and a trip to Viper Island. Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight at the hotel

  4. Day 4 Port Blair – North Bay (Coral Island)

    After breakfast, you will proceed towards North Bay (Coral Island) on a ferry. North Bay offers exotic coral, colorful fish and underwater marine life. You can view the marine life via glass bottom boats OR go snorkeling if you want to get up close and personal. Overnight at the hotel

  5. Day 5 Port Blair- Havelock Island

    After breakfast, you head towards Havelock Island on a ferry. With pristine sandy beaches, sparkling teal shallows & some of the best diving in South Asia, Havelock is a traveler’s paradise. On arrival, our representative will escort you to the hotel. You can enjoy leisure activities at Havelock Island such as snorkeling, a trip to Elephant Beach or just enjoy its serenity and enchanting beaches, in which over 1,000 species of marine life can be found. Overnight at the hotel

  6. Day 6 Havelock Island – Port Blair

    After breakfast, you will head towards Radhanagar beach, rated as the 7th best beach in Asia & one of India’s prettiest and most famous stretches of sand; think a beautiful curve of sand fronted by perfectly spiraled waves, all in the backdrop of a native forest. It is an ideal place for swimming, sea bathing and basking on the sun kissed beach.

    In the afternoon, you’ll return to Port Blair (via ferry). Head to your hotel, wash of the sand & get a good night’s rest. Overnight at the hotel

  7. Day 7 Port Blair

    After breakfast visit the colossal Cellular Jail. Once a prison that captivated Indian freedom fighters, the jail is now a memorial monument that celebrates those who fought for India’s independence. We’ll also visit the Chatham saw mill (the oldest and biggest mill in Asia), Forest Museum, Mini Zoo, Samundrika (Naval Marine Museum), Aquarium (Fisheries Museum), Science Centre, Gandhi Park & Marina Park. Afterward, take a walk in the bazaars of Port Blair before returning to the hotel for dinner. Overnight at the hotel

  8. Day 8 Port Blair- Chennai (By Flight)

    After breakfast, our representative will escort you to Port Blair airport to board a flight to Chennai for your onward journey.
