  1. Day 1 Varanasi

    ​Late afternoon pickup from hotel and transfer to Varanasi port to embark your ship and sail a short distance before putting down anchor for the night.

  2. Day 2 Varanasi

    ​Breakfast on board and we sail past the ghats of Varanasi. Visit Maharaja’s Palace and Museum in Ram Nagar. Later continue cruise to Chunar Fort, visit the old British cemetery. Also visit the nearby carpet weaving and chunar pottery traditional cottage industries that still thrive in the region.

  3. Day 3 Varanasi

    ​This day start early morning at dawn, take rowing boats to sail past the busy and colourful bathing ghats of Varanasi. Return back to ship for breakfast.

    Later excursion to Buddhist site at Sarnath (by coach) visit the Deer Park where the Buddha preached his first sermon. Also visit the archaeological museum.

    This evening, disembark and take a walk through the busy alleyways of Varanasi to experience the beating heart of the city. Join the Ganga Aarti ceremony, where young priests perform their daily rituals with brass lamps and spiritual mantras in front of large crowds from all over India and the world. A truly mesmerising experience, this aarti is the essence of Varanasi.

  4. Day 4 Varanasi

    ​Breakfast on board later excursion to (by coach) to the city of Jaunpur to see the Mughal Bridge, visit its ancient fort and walk to the splendid Atala mosque. Later return back to the ship for lunch and sail towards Ghazipur

  5. Day 5 Ghazipur

    Breakfast on board and continue your journey disembarking at Ghazipur. En-route visit the imposing tomb of Lord Cornwallis, the General defeated by George Washington in 1781 at Yorktown, so arguably responsible for the loss of the American colonies.

    If time permits you can take a stroll through the busy Ghazipur bazaar, which offers a quintessential Indian experience. Later, sail down towards Buxar.

  6. Day 6 Ghazipur

    ​Breakfast and disembark for a visit to the country town of Buxar memorial where the famous battle of Buxar was fought in 1764, which laid the foundations of the British Rajin East India. Later also visit the East India Company cemetery. Later take a short a short cycle rickshaw ride up to the ghats of Buxar.

    After Lunch Sail down to anchor near the confluence of the Ghagra Dinner and overnight on board

  7. Day 7 Patna

    Breakfast and start crusing past the busy river port of Doriganj and the confluence with the Sone River to a ghat from which you’ll visit the small yet spectacular Mughal tomb at Maner.

    Continue sail to Patna and anchor. Later visit the Sikh Gurudwara
