Paramjit Singh Duggal – Executive Director
As Paramjit moved on from his banking career of 25 years with ANZ Grindlays Bank (now Standard Chartered), and joined Minar Travels to strengthen the family run business, his tourism journey commenced in 1996. Since then, there is no looking back and for his spirit to devote to the industry, Paramjit has been passionately involved with Minar Group, spearheading the finance, revenue & accounts for the group.
With numerous sleepless nights and compassion to make Minar a success, with each passing day, Minar achieved greater heights. Ever since, Paramjit has always contributed positively in his role; to the organization & travel fraternity, his thoughts & reflection towards it’s positive & sustainable growth.
Paramjit strongly ethos that ““self- belief and hard work are the recipe to success; we all too flourish in it & with it”.
Jasmine Duggal – Director
Jasmine is a fashion enthusiast who graduated from NIFT Chandigarh, with a specialization in “Designing and Marketing” with further a degree in Bachelor in Arts from Delhi University. She believes that learning mustn’t ever stop, so just have accomplished completing her most recent Women Leadership Study program at the renowned Indian Institute Of Management; Calcutta.
A strong passion to travel pursued her to get into the family business of travel at Minar. With rich experience and family training in managing the business for over a decade, Jasmine has been fortunate enough to have a demonstrated history of working on projects ranging from the core aviation sector to various luxury travel brands in the tourism industry. Jasmine is a very active delegate at the Connections Luxury (UK) & loves.
Currently contributing ideas & initiatives to the next-gen of Minar Group, learning the art of leadership & management, getting into the core of human DNA’S all at work & trying to keep the work-family motivated & yet being able to learn from her co-workers each day is what defines Jasmine.
Seasoned in Strategic Negotiations, Business Planning, Operations Management, and Organizational Leadership, her constant endeavour is to make sure that our clients receive excellent strategy-based campaigns with utmost personalization where achievement is the bottom line. And making sure to walking along with team members at Minar family with their inclusion in decision-making processes & empowerment.
Ruhani Duggal – Director
Ruhani followed her vision to bring a new approach to Minar Group. An experienced Creative Head with her past work at Ogilvy, India, her iconic thought process combined with her vision for experiential travel introduced future-forward technology in the diverse sectors of Minar Group.
A Psychology graduate from the University of Bristol, UK and IIM, Ahmedabad, Ruhani heads the Creative & Growth Division at Minar Group. She is instrumental in developing high-value partnerships with several, global iconic brands.
You can count on her to provide and execute innovative, sustainable growth strategies with long-term equity for Minar Group and its affiliates.
Madan Kak – COO – Tours Division
Mr. Madan Kak holds a master’s degree from Kashmir University and chose a career in the travel industry as his calling over a government job. Mr. Madan, a veteran in the travel industry, joined Minar in 2011 as the COO. Before joining Minar, he was the Vice President at TCI. He has spent about 40 years in the industry in cross functional roles. During the course of his career he has managed multi aspects of the business including Operation, Sales, Vendor Management and Quality Control.
Loved by all, his relationship with industry partners is his biggest asset. A great strength to the company, in his present role, Madan is responsible for managing Inbound, Domestic and MICE Business for Minar.
Shallin Magoo – Vice President - Aviation
A graduate from the University of Delhi, Shalin has been with Minar’s aviation division for the last 26 years. By the dint of his hard work and proactive approach, today. Shallin is the Head of Minar Group’s aviation arm.
The company’s aviation business has been on a growth trajectory with his dedication. Shallin ensures our aviation partners are well looked after, meeting the targets and maintaining the highest levels of quality service, which is our cornerstone and what the Company is known for.
He was the man behind creating a synergy between our Inbound Tourism segment and Aviation division to operate tourist charters operations with great accuracy and efficiency.
Rajiv Pande - Sr. Vice President – Business Development
Rajiv has 23 years of MICE experience behind him. He joined Elbon as Sr. Vice President – Business Development. Prior to joining Elbon, Rajiv was working with Plan it! as Vice President (Sales). Rajiv started his MICE career with standalone exhibitions at WISITEX, and today, has worked with Companies like Carlson Wagonlit, SITA, Trade Wings, TCI, MCI etc. Rajiv’s skills include business development, sales and marketing for conferences and exhibitions and supervising operations. He is also proficient with International Conference bidding and has helped Organizers win many key events for India.
