Rooted in texts like the Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutras, it includes ethical living, meditation, breath control, and physical postures to help the practitioner achieve self-realization and union with the Divine or spiritual consciousness and also improves flexibility, strength, balance, and mental well-being. It is widely used today for stress relief, body conditioning, and for overall health.

With us, your yoga tour takes places in the scenic Himalayas. We offer 5 nights & 6 days in enchanting locations such as Haridwar & Rishikesh – two prominent places for yoga. Rishikesh & Haridwar are the ideal blend of nature and culture. From ashrams to temples, you can find your calling and what moves you.

  1. Day 1 Arrive Delhi

    On arrival, our representative will welcome you at the airport for transfer to your hotel. Overnight at hotel.

  2. Day 2 Delhi - Haridwar - Rishikesh (By Train)

    Breakfast at hotel

    Morning sightseeing in Delhi visiting the Raj Ghat – the cremation ground of Mahatma Gandhi also known as the Father of the Nation. Later drive past the President’s House, the historical India Gate, Bangla Sahib Gurudwara (Sikh Temple) This 17th-century shrine is dedicated to the memory of Guru Har Krishan, who was the eighth Sikh Guru. It has stunning golden dome and beautiful architecture and Akshardham Temple built within a record time of 5 years, tribute to Lord Swaminarayan. The temple has more than 234 beautifully carved pillars, 9 elaborate domes, 20 quadrangle spires and 20000 sculptures of spiritual personalities from India.

    Later in time, transfer to railway station to board a train to Haridwar.

    On arrival in Haridwar, assistance at the railway station and direct drive to Rishikesh (Approx 1 hour & 30 minute drive), which styles itself as the ‘Yoga Capital of the World’, with masses of ashrams and all kinds of yoga and meditation classes.

    Overnight stay at the hotel.

  3. Day 3 Rishikesh

    Early morning, boost your mind and body with a Yoga session conducted by a professional trainer.

    After your session, have breakfast & then drive to Lachman Jhoola, which is said to have been constructed by Lord Rama. The rope bridge that existed earlier, has been substituted by a solid bridge. There is another suspended bridge i.e. Ram Jhoola, constructed recently and made of iron.

    Visit the Gita Bhawan-An ashram established in the 1950s, containing a dispensary with Ayurvedic practitioners. Triveni Ghat is also on the agenda where you can watch the Ganga aarti the river comes alive with flickering flames as floating diya offerings are released onto the Ganges, truly an experience to live.

    In the evening, unwind with approx one hour Yoga session class conducted by a professional trainer.

  4. Day 4 Rishikesh

    Start your day feeling rejuvenated with approx one hour yoga class conducted by a professional trainer

    Breakfast at hotel and later visit Ekaanta retreat for a peace and unforgettable experience.  The visit includes welcome drink on arrival, Authentic Garhwali Thali Lunch experiencing the local cuisine, Yog Nidra Session – Deep meditative relaxation, Evening tea & snacks followed by Ganga Aarti.

    Later return back to hotel for overnight stay

  5. Day 5 Rishikesh - Haridwar - Delhi (by Train)

    Morning transfer to railway station to board train to Delhi (Packed breakfast will be served on the train).

    On arrival in Delhi, assistance at the railway station and transfer to hotel

    Rest of the day at leisure for shopping and other independent activities

    Overnight stay at the hotel

     

  6. Day 6 Departure from Delhi

    Breakfast at hotel

    Later in time transfer to airport to board onward international flight
