  1. Day 1 Arrive in Delhi

    On arrival, our representative will welcome you at the airport for your transfer to the hotel.

  2. Day 2 Delhi - Bagdogra (By Flight) Bagdogra- Darjeeling (93 kms/3.5 hours)

    After breakfast, you will proceed towards the airport to board a flight to Bagdogra. On arrival, our representative will greet you at the airport. From there, you start your scenic drive towards Darjeeling.

  3. Day 3 Darjeeling

    In the early hours of the day, we’ll visit Tiger Hill and Ghoom Monastery. Tiger Hill (2,590 m) has a panoramic view of Mount Everest and Mount Kangchenjunga together. It is 11 km from the town of Darjeeling and can be reached by jeep. At sunrise, the peaks of Kangchenjunga are illuminated before the sun is seen at lower elevations, a once in a lifetime sight.

    Ghoom Monastery is the popular name of Yiga Choeling. The monastery belongs to the Gelukpa or the Yellow Hat sect and is known for its 15 feet (4.6 m)-high statue of the Maitreya Buddha. After breakfast, we ride the UNESCO World Heritage Darjeeling Himalayan Railway Toy Train, from Darjeeling to Ghoom and back. The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway is the first, and still the most outstanding example of a hill passenger railway. Open in 1881, it is still fully operational
    and retains most of its original features!

    In the afternoon, we will explore the city of Darjeeling; the definitive Indian hill station & arguably West Bengal’s premier attraction. Some of our top spots include the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Zoological Park and Tibetan Refugee Centre. Overnight stay at the hotel.

  4. Day 4 Darjeeling –Pelling (123 kms/05 hours)

    After breakfast, we drive towards Pelling. Check in at the hotel & unwind.

    Afterwards, we visit the Pemayangtse monastery which is situated near the town of Pelling, & is one of the oldest and the most important monasteries of Sikkim. On the lower hillock, south east of Pemayangtse monastery, lies the ruin of the old Rabdentse palace, the second capital of Sikkim established by the second Chogyal.The old palace and monastery complex are in ruins, and now Archaeological Survey of India is maintaining and undertaking the restoration works.

  5. Day 5 Pelling- Gangtok (127 kms/ 05 hours)

    After breakfast, we start our drive towards Gangtok. You will start to feel the effects of the increasing tranquility as you journey into the land of monastery, mystic rituals and festivals at an height of 5,480 feet . On arrival, check in the hotel & unwind.

    Afterwards, we’ll visit the Cottage Industry and Enchey Monastery. Enchey Monastery is approximately 200 years old and is located 3 km northeast of Gangtok  it is home to around 90 monks belonging to the Nyingma sect. Overnight stay at the hotel.

  6. Day 6 Gangtok

    After breakfast, we head towards Lake Tsomgo (35 kms away from Gangtok). Tsomgo Lake, also known as Changu Lake, is a glacial lake in East Sikkim. Situated on the Gangtok- Nathula highway, it is one of the highest altitude Himalayan lakes.

    We’ll also visit the Baba Mandir, situated at 3780 meter. Captain "Baba" Harbhajan Singh (August 3, 1941 – October 4, 1968) was an Indian army soldier who died near the Nathula Pass in eastern Sikkim, India. He is revered by the soldiers of the Indian army, who have built a shrine in his honor.

    Around evening, we’ll return to Gangtok and proceed towards the hotel where you’ll be staying the night.

  7. Day 7 Gangtok- Kalimpong (83 kms/ 03 hours)

    After breakfast, you will head towards Rumtek Monastery (26 kms away from Gangtok),the & see the famous Golden Stupa and Tibetan Buddhist monastery that houses important relics.

    After, we start our drive towards Kalimpong. Check in at the hotel & relax. Afterwards, we’ll visit Zang Dog Palri Fo Brang Monastery, a Tibetan Buddhist monastery housing rare scriptures that were brought into India after the invasion of Tibet in 1959. Keep your cameras handy and your eyes peeled, for the view from the hill-top is breathtaking.

    We’ll also be covering Tharpa Choling Monastery, Thongsa Gumpa and flower nurseries.

  8. Day 8 Departure from Delhi

    After breakfast, we’ll explore the city of Delhi ;Starting from Old Delhi, covering Red Fort, Jama Masjid – the largest mosque in India, Raj Ghat – the cremation ground of Mahatma Gandhi, President’s Palace, the historical India Gate In the afternoon, you visit the 73 meter tall Qutub Minar, an architectural brilliance which was built around 1500 A.D by Qutub-ud-Din Aibek – a slave turned monarch and Humayun’s tomb the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent.

    Our representative will meet you and assist you to IGI airport for your flight towards your next destination.
