When you reach Delhi on the first our company representative will meet and greet you and accompany you to the hotel for an overnight stay.
In the morning you make a move to Old Delhi and traverse through the former hub of the great Mughal impact and explore the narrow streets, historical monuments and vibrant bazaars. You can drive ahead of the Red Fort established in 1648 and then take the traditional “cycle rickshaw” to have a great experience of passing through Red Fort and then crossing the Chandni Chowk area. The sight and sound of this area depicts the essence of Delhi. Late in the day reach Jama Masjid, a famous Indian mosque that was created by Shah Jahan and was completed in 1658. From here visit Raj Ghat, the memorial ground for Mahatma Gandhi. In the afternoon when you explore New Delhi take a glimpse of the government buildings that are reminiscent of the British Rule which was designed by Lutens. Don’t miss Qutab Minar, Presidential Palace and India Gate and return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Post your breakfast start for Mandawa by covering a distance of 225 kms in 6 hours. As you arrive you will be led to the hotel. Post that, you make a move to explore the painted havelis. Mandawa is known as Rajasthan’s open air art gallery. This region became famous in 14th century with several Muslim communities shifting to this region. Also the towns here were transforming into major trading posts on caravan routes, originating from Gujarat posts. Mandawa is popular for painted havelis majority of which belongs to the 18th century. It is also well-known for the artistic frescoes and historical forts that describe the valour and life of the rajputs. The places to visit here include the Bhagchandika Haveli, Chowkhani Haveli, Mohahanlal Saraf Haveli, Gulab Rai Ladia Haveli and Lakshmi narayan Ladia Haveli. Here you have access to more than 100 years old frescoes. Return to hotel for a night’s stay.
Cover a distance of 190 kms in 4 hours and reach Bikaner and check-into the hotel. After getting fresh make a move to visit Devi Kund, Junagarh, Gange Golden Jubilee Museum and Bhandasar Jain Temple. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Journey for 7 hours and cover 330kms after breakfast to reach Jaisalmer from Bikaner. Known as India’s Golden City, here you will find empty roads so the drive is smooth and you can catch a glimpse of the camels, deer’s and other wildlife. Post lunch you have a walking tour to popular havelis like Salim Singh ki Haveli, Patwon ki Haveli and the Nathmalji ki Haveli. Watch local dancer performance in a restaurant as you savour Rajasthani dinner. Return to hotel for an overnight stay.
In the morning explore the splendid havelis that the city houses that are ornate and have been carved using golden yellow sandstone. The Patwon-ki-haveli is the biggest and spacious from others in Jaisalmer. Alternatively, Nathmalji-ki-haveli was the last of the popular havelis that got constructed in 19th century. You can wrap up the morning tour by visiting the Gadisar Lake, a natural big oasis that had attracted Rawal Jaisal to this place. Towards the afternoon have a look at the Sand dunes and experience a camel safari. Return to hotel and stay overnight.
In the morning you cover a distance of 275 kms in 6 hours and reach Jodhpur and walk in to the hotel. In the afternoon go out to explore Jodhpur, Rajasthan’s largest city after Jaipur, which is situated at the border of Thar Desert. This tour takes you to Mehrangarh Fort, a popular site that is located on a natural rock bluff on an altitude from where you will be able to get a panoramic view of the city. From here make it to the Jaswant Thada, the Royal Cenotaphs. Get back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Cover a distance of 255 kms in 6 hours in the morning post breakfast and reach Udaipur visiting the Ranakpur Temples on the way. These temples date back to 15th century and are reminiscent of the popular Jain Temples situated within the deep isolated Aravalli Hills valley. Being more than 500 years old, these temple structures still look good and perfect. In the middle is the prominent “Chaumukha temple” that is dedicated to Adinath. The most visible feature here includes 29 halls that are backed up by 1444 pillars. There are Jain images carved on the walls. Reach Udaipur and stay overnight in the hotel.
Towards the morning you are taken for a trip to Udaipur, a romantic city and well-known for its stunning lakes and elaborate palaces. You start your tour by exploring City Palace and walking by its classy rooms and apartments and then move on to the Sahelion-ki-bari. Later half of the afternoon, you experience a boat cruise on Lake Pichola where you can have the most splendid view of City Palace that extends to East Bank. Return back to hotel for an overnight stay.
Cover a distance of 320 kms in 7 hours and reach Pushkar and get into the hotel. You can spend the evening at your leisure. An ancient Indian city, Pushkar is located on the shores of Pushkar Lake. The date when it came into existence is unknown, by the ancient lore associates Lord Brahma with the inception of this place. There are several temples here that are not that old. As most of them were destroyed at the time of Muslim conquests and were reconstructed back. The place gains prominence of Pushkar Camel Fair that takes place in October and November. You return back to hotel for an overnight stay.
Whilst in Pushkar visit the Brahma Temple that is marked by the red spire and has a goose symbol in the entrance gateway. Post this, cover a distance of 142 kms in 4 hours and reach Jaipur and get to your hotel for an overnight stay.
In the morning visit Amer Fort located on an edge outside the city. At the base of the hill mount the elephant in which you have taken the ride up to here and then slowly climb the central gate and experience a traditional entrance. Completed in 18th century, Amer Fort is a testimony to the Mughal rule, its families and essence. In afternoon, explore the pink city Jaipur that is located amidst the ruined fortresses and rugged hills. You will be taken to City Palace, where the Maharaja resides but the palace is open to public view. There are several ancient artefacts and antiques here that will attract you, including the weaponry. Also take a look at the Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantra to get a glimpse of the astronomical equipments. Walk through the lively bazaar as you return to your hotel for a night stay.
In the morning you make a move to Agra by covering a distance of 240 kms in 6 hours and explore Fatehpur Sikhri on the way. Fatehpur Sikri is a secluded city made of red sandstone and established by none other than King Akbar as his palace and capital in 16th century. From here make a move to the Buland Darwaza, the biggest gateway round the globe. From here carry on to Agra and reach your hotel for an overnight stay.
In the morning visit the Taj Mahal that was constructed by Shah Jahan. This marble monument was a fond memorial of Shah Jahan’s wife Mumtaz Mahal who lost her life whilst giving birth to her 14th child. From here make a move to the Red Fort that was constructed by Akbar between the years 1563 and 1573. It boasts of refined architecture. Towards the evening take the overnight train to Varanasi.
As you reach Varanasi you are taken to the hotel Get fresh and relax for some time. In the evening take a tour in and around the Ghats and experience the lovely evening religious Arti ceremony. Return to the hotel to stay overnight.
Early morning on this day you will experience a serene boat ride on the Holy Ganges. As you return you visit the Bharat Mata Temple, Durga Temple, Baranas Hindu University, Tulsi Manas Temple and Shri Kashi Vishwanath. Complete breakfast at hotel. In the afternoon take an excursion to Sarnath. Be back at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Complete breakfast at hotel and then proceed to the airport to board the flight to Kathmandu. When you reach Kathmandu you are taken to your hotel to check-in and spend the night.
Take a morning Kathmandu tour where you are amidst the towering snow-clad mountains belonging to the great Himalayan range. Kathmandu is Nepal’s capital and is a beautiful land. On your stay you can stroll around amidst the narrow cobbled streets and visiting ancient temples. One of the rare ones is the Temple of Kumari, where a little girl resides in her temple abode offering blessings to the followers. Take out time at be there at the Hanuman Dhoka, which is an old Royal Palace and include 14 courtyards where Nasal Chowk is used even now for the regal ceremonies. In the afternoon visit Patan, the hub of architecture and arts. Here you will find 55 important temples and 136 courtyards. Furthermore, Patan Durbar Square is termed as a popular urban street scapes round the globe. You can also visit Patan Museum that showcases conventional sacred Nepalese art. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
In the morning head to Bodhnath, the biggest stupa the world that comprises of a high gold pinnacle. Here the all-seeing Buddha gaze that is painted is visible across the valley in all directions. From here move to the Pashupatinath temple located on the banks of the Bagmati temple, that happens to the holiest temple amongst the Hindus. It is important to know that the entrance inside the temple premises allowed if you are Hindu only. However, for the non-Indians and also for other tourists and travellers there is a provision to clearly witness the temple and its allied activities that are conducted within the temple location fro, the eastern bank of the famous Bagmati River. That is not all. You also have the chance to see cremation rites and sites that also taken place on the banks of this river. In the afternoon make a visit to Bhadgaon that is the center of medieval architecture and art. This place is also called the Bhaktapur, because the devotees are more here. On this day, after you complete breakfast you will be taken to the Airport to board your flight to Delhi. After than you stay in transit and get connected with the next flight for your onward destination.

I want to thank the company "Minar travel" for the great organized tour of the Golden Triangle! All hotels on the tour were great, transportation is very convenient and comfortable! We had a very nice trip and we enjoyed of what the company arranged for us. The sightseeining of city and shopping all Minar guiders were kind and warm & sympathies like most Indian people that are met during last week. The driver that took us to Agra and Delhi also had Very patience. We are thankful of every thing. We were going to miss India and hope to come back again. I want to thank you for arranging our norooz tour on the behalf of all group. We had a very good start at the airport, our hotel on Cochin was very good and had beautiful garden & nice pool. We enjoyed the city tour & water fall and loved folk dance. Our driver and his aid & our tour leader were very helpful & nice people. I believe Zuri hotel is the best hotel that we visited in this trip and also house boat tour was really good. Leela hotel was realy the high end hotel in kerala with nice view and pool and the room also was excellent with arabian see view . We all realy enjoy our visit elephant camp& jungle. Again we end our trip to india with great memories!
